How Do I
Get a Catalog?
SORRY, THERE
IS NO CATALOG. We are sorry to disappoint you. Because
each of the sculptures in this extensive collection is a one-of-a-kind work of
art, it would be inefficient to make a printed catalog of the hundreds of
sculptures, for once a sculpture is sold, it would no longer be sellable in a
catalog. Therefore, our website "is" our catalog. It is recommended
that persons interested in our sculptures bookmark this website and check it
every month to see what new sculptures are added. Always feel free to
contact us at
Kanika
about
the
extensive collection of artworks in our studio. Just let us know what
types/colors/price ranges of sculptures you are interested in and we will be
most happy to e-mail to you virus_free images of sculptures that fit your
interest.

Do You Have More Sculptures?
Yes indeed! There are hundreds of sculptures
in the studio and some may not be on the website. Feel free to e-mail us (Kanika)
if you are looking for a different color for a pendant or pin or
three_dimensional goddess and we will be happy to check the studio for you.
It is important to keep in mind that each Kanika African Sculpture is a
one-of-a-kind, hand_crafted ceramic item. What you see on the website it
what will be shipped, unless we e-mail you to the contrary.

What is Your Refund and Return Policy?
We always package
every item securely with bubble wrap for small items and peanuts and
double_boxing larger items. If a sculpture was somehow broken during shipping or was
not delivered by the post office, and if you purchased shipping
insurance, you may return the broken sculpture in the original Kanika African
Sculptures packaging and receive a full refund for the price of the broken
piece, as well as the shipping charges you had to pay to return it to Kanika.
If you do not purchase shipping insurance, however, Kanika cannot be held
responsible for damages or undelivered packages. Shipping insurance is highly
recommended.
If you merely wish to exchange or return an
undamaged piece, within 20 days of the order date you must ship the item in the
same packing material and as carefully as Kanika packaged the item to
you. You will pay for the shipping charges back to Kanika and Kanika will
immediately refund your money upon receipt of the undamaged sculpture.
However, if the return item is damaged because you did not package it carefully,
you will only receive a 50% refund on the price you paid; you will be
responsible for 100% of the shipping cost back to Kanika.

Where Did You Get That Wonderful Music?
We are happy you love the earthy music on each page of our
website as much as we do! Our website was originally built using Microsoft
Publisher. That program contains several different music files, including
the African_sounding music on our site. If you are interested in obtaining
those music files, please contact Microsoft to see if the music files can be
downloaded or purchased (or you may purchase their Publisher program).
