Kanika uses clay tiles, glass, stones, and fabric to create unusually beautiful tile mosaic wall pieces.  She has perfected a Monet-like approach to painting the clay tiles and cracking them and collaging them and the other materials in an interesting puzzle-like fashion.  Mounted on OSB board with special adhesives and strengthened with colored grout, these wall sculptures can be hung vertically or horizontally, as desired.  Most are about 48" tall and 10" to 18" wide.  Some the larger pieces can weigh up to 20 pounds, so 50-pound picture hooks are recommended for safe hanging.  If you are interested in purchasing any of these large sculptures, please contact Kanika to learn the price and which gallery or store is currently selling it.
